Tunnel Light Series
IRIS is the iris of the eye. Its main function is to control the size of the pupil for drivers entering, travelling through and exiting the tunnel.Road illumination inside tunnels is broken into stages and works by helping drivers eyes gradually adapt from the outside envionment to the inside invironment and back again. Therefore, Rooster's IRIS tunnel light series is designed to provide the appropriate lightinng, photometry and brightness through each stage of the tunnel.
Suitable for the entrance area
Suitable for the Tunnel area.
-The overall luminaire meets the requirements of CNS8886 salt spray test grading number 9.8-3, suitable for harsh and humid climates such as seaside or mountainside.
- The reflector adopts imported high-purity aluminum material of 99.5%, and has three kinds of light distributions: symmetrical, asymmetric and retrograde.
- High-strength safety glass meets IK08 protection.
- Protection class IP65.
-The lamp cover and face frame are die-cast aluminum, and the weather-resistant aluminum alloy material is powder-coated.
-The face frame is fastened to the outer cover by a stainless steel 316 material quick lock for the safety glass cover to be fixed, and no special tools are required for opening.
-The lamp cover and the face frame are provided with a silicone rubber gasket for excellent sealing effect.
-The reflector adopts imported high-purity aluminum material of 99.5%, and has three kinds of light distributions: symmetrical, asymmetric and retrograde.
- It is recommended to use retrograde lamps in the tunnel entrance and transition areas so that the driver can gradually adapt to the environment inside the tunnel. Symmetrical lamps can be used in the tunnel area to maintain good uniformity in the tunnel.
- The fixture mounting base adopts an adjustable bracket that can be adjusted to an angle of up to 90 degrees.
- Rooster Lighting can make appropriate corrections to the optical reflection system to meet the requirements of the specification for different tunnels.
