How to demonstrate the diverse values and functions of public art embedded in the urban transportation system, so that public art aesthetics can circulate with urban creativity and allow citizens to deepen their artistic and cultural cultivation in the multiple rhythms of life.
Rooster Lighting received the designer's request to continue the shape of the film in front of Taitung. We used excellent lighting design techniques to smudge the entire film with uniform and colorful light colors. The lights complement each other with the Taitung Art Center opposite, creating a lively carnival atmosphere. The hot air balloon adds a literary and artistic atmosphere to the art center and surrounding environment.
