Lighting design around public transportation stations|Some stations on the Bannan Line of Taipei MRT Stations and Tamsui Station
Contractor: Ayam Enterprise Co., Ltd. | Owner: Taipei Mass Rapid Transit Co., Ltd.

Field background
The MRT Bannan Line is the first east-west line in Taipei's MRT network, connecting the three tri-rail stations of Banqiao, Taipei and Nangang. The route code is BL, and the route representative color is blue. The route name used during the construction period and phase operation can be divided into three sections: Nangang Line, Banqiao Line and Tucheng Line.
Tamsui MRT Station is located at the MRT station where the Taipei MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line (Tamsui Line) and the New Taipei MRT Tamsui Light Rail intersect. The architectural shape of Tamsui Station is imitated from the brick arches of Hongmao City, an important local historical site. In addition, the color of the tiles on the exterior wall allows the station to successfully blend into the local style of Tamsui.

Lighting design
In response to the requirements for creating a better lighting environment in Taipei MRT stations and surrounding areas, Rooster Lighting successfully implemented this project in 2021 and selected high-brightness and low-glare Venus high lights (FC16) and the use of LED street lights to provide A more energy-saving and easy-to-maintain landscape lighting solution to replace the existing landscape lighting fixtures around Tamsui Station, and includes some MRT Bannan (Blue) Line stations including Nangang, Nan'an Exhibition Hall, Banqiao, Fuzhong, Yadong Hospital, Haishan, Tucheng and Yongning stations.
