In the vacinity of Sun Moon Lake, resides a unique low-carbon B&B, 'Roaming Cloud'. The distinctive ecological architectural concept appeals to the surrounding landscape style, using light steel structures to reduce the carbon footprint and consumption of materials during the building process. The owner of the hotel knows how to cherish and preserve the ecological beauty of the area and promotes energy conservation and carbon reduction in a fight to prevent climate change. The overall design of the B&B has been recognised with a Professional Carbon Footprint Certificate by the Low Carbon Building Alliance (LBCA) and became the first B&B in Taiwan to recieve the prestigious award.
Rooster Lighting integrates unique green energy lighting technology into the architectural and landscape design of the B&B. We assist the owner in the setup of win and solar powered lighting in the parking lot to provide save lighting to residents in accommodation. Just like the guiding lights of an airport's runway, the blue coloured solar-brick lights extend from the parking light, guiding visitors through the open plan gardens toward their home-stay.
